One reflective personality assessment is the Cognitive Learning and Strategies for Students (CLaSS). The aim of CLaSS is to improve my learning experience, finding out about my learning styles and how to adapt them to meet the demands of my course. To do this, involves Identifying my learning style and approach to learning through the CLaSS reflective learning questionnaire.
Another personality assessment is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). It is a personality questionnaire designed to identify certain psychological differences according to the typological theories of Jung as published in his book Psychological Types.
